Family Law
NCLC offers advice and information on matters of family law, such as judicial
separation, divorce, maintenance payments, access, custody and guardianship.
We will represent clients in emergency cases, such as domestic violence or
child abduction. We make referrals to the civil legal aid scheme through
theLegal Aid Board or to private solicitors as appropriate.
