Consumer Law
NCLC handles matters of consumer law. We give advice on consumer issues, such as breaches in contracts for the sale of goods or supply of services, package holidays and travel problems and over charging.
We advise people about their rights as consumers and how to protect those
rights. We also advise people how to go about making a complaint, taking their
own case to the Small Claims Court or through alternative dispute resolution
systems and in certain cases may litigate through the courts on a consumer's
behalf.
